Do you think you can take on the challenge of jogging throughout the month of June and help to raise funds for children with a visual impairment and complex needs?
It’s a challenge that will help us continue to provide our services to our wonderful children, while keeping you healthy too!
We’re not expecting you to run marathons for us! – You can jog as much or as little as you like in this challenge – all at your own pace or ability. You can complete this challenge as intensely or chilled out as you like.
We suggest you give yourself a weekly/daily goal to hit about 20k a week (3K ish a day) to keep up your momentum right until the end of the month.
Another great thing about this challenge is that it is all done through Facebook. When you sign up you will be asked to join our closed Facebook Group where you and all your co-fundraisers can meet, chat together and share photos and milestones while you complete your Jogs Through June. In this group we will also be posting FAQ’s, Tips and Tricks for fundraising online, sharing your fundraising page and so on! The encouragement and support of this group will help you stay motivated to jog your way through the month.
The Jog Through June Challenge will be running from the 1st of June and finish on the 30th of June.
