VACANCY – Riding Instructor (18 month contract)
Great opportunity for AI/PTT / Equine Graduate who is looking for something more!
We are a specialist equine therapy yard, with a full time Occupational Therapist on board. We have a position available for the right person which is very rewarding with lots of variation.
We need someone who will work well as part of a large team, with good people skills, enjoys working with young children and is able to see the person behind the disability.
No previous therapeutic experience required, as training will be given. All the benefits of being part of a larger organisation such as proper holiday allocation, regular hours, great working conditions and a subsidised staff canteen. Must be flexible in their approach and have good attention to detail.
Duties include teaching and assisting with Equine Assisted Occupational therapy, horse management and recording of lesson notes for the therapist.
